3. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than one account with a Casino in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as bonus abuse and may result in confiscated funds.
4. In case Casino suspects that a Player has committed a bonus abuse, either on his own, or in association with some partners, Casino reserves the right to forfeit the bonus allocated to the Player at its discretion. Bonus abuses will result in the closure of the relevant Player’s account. Casino reserves the right to withhold cash-ins and/or confiscate all winnings of the Player.
5. Bonus funds are attributed to the main player balance. When bonus is used, the initial deposit amount is considered part of the total bonus amount with all the respective terms applied.
6. Bonus is automatically canceled upon active balance reaching an amount of 0.10 EUR / 0.10 USD, 0.15 AUD, 0.15 CAD, 0.15 NZD.
7. If, while playing at Casino, you win a sum regarded by Casino Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by Casino. While Casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any Casino announcement about promotion results or on the website or lobby.
8. We reserve the right to refuse to grant a bonus and also confiscate any winnings earned from playing with bonus funds to players due to using unfair advantage or influence (commonly known as cheating), including the exploitation of a fault, loophole, or error in our software, the use of automated players other devices or software, such as robots, that distort normal games play.
9. Please note that all cases detected by the Anti-Fraud System will be counted as bonus abuse.
10. The main language of these rules is English. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in case of differences between the English version and a translated one, the English version has priority over any translation.

CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

1. Casino reserves the right to amend or modify these Bonus Terms at any time at its sole discretion with or without notification. 7. Please note that all cases detected by the Anti-Fraud System will be counted as bonus abuse.

BONUS FUNDS

1. A bonus is a part of the user's balance in a particular currency, which he receives by agreeing to the terms of a particular bonus and which is subject to a number of restrictions described below in these Bonus Terms.
2. You will have to fulfill the wagering requirements attached to each bonus in order to release the bonus funds. Depending on the bonus offered, you might also release associated winnings or withdraw the deposit made towards a bonus only after fulfilling these wagering restrictions.
3. Depending on the bonus specifics, the bonus funds may be added to your account before (withdrawal restricted bonus) or after the play requirements have been met (release restricted bonus). All deposit bonuses offered by the Casino, as well as in the form of individual promo codes are "sticky" and are subject to wagering at the discretion of the company.
4. Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided.
5. The player can get a manual deposit bonus only if the deposit amount remains unchanged. In the rare event that the deposit bonus is not automatically granted after making a qualifying deposit, please contact us before any bets are made, and the customer support staff will manually grant you the bonus. Please note that our systems will not allow us to grant you the bonus if you place bets with your qualifying deposit before the bonus is manually granted.
6. The purchase of a bonus round in slots is a bet and according to paragraph 5.3 of the General Terms and Conditions - the sum of the bonus round purchase cannot exceed 50 EUR (or equivalent of other currency).

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

1. A wagering requirement means the number of times you must wager the value of a Bonus awarded to you before that Bonus becomes part of your Cash Balance (a “Wagering Requirement”). Until you have met the Wagering Requirements for a Bonus, all winnings from that Bonus will be pending and may not be withdrawn. If you forfeit the Bonus, deposit and all Bonus Funds (i.e. winnings relating to that Bonus) will also be removed.
2. The default bonus Wagering Requirement is 35 times the amount of the Bonus received if not otherwise stated by the terms of the particular bonus. Any winnings obtained from the use of Bonus spins are considered Bonus Funds and must be wagered according to the Wagering Requirements applicable to that Bonus.
3. The bonus must be wagered within 7 days of its activation. If the wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus amount (including initial deposit) and any potential winnings will be canceled if not otherwise stated by the terms of the particular bonus.

8. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics or risk free bets tactics to redeem their bonuses risk having their bonuses, original deposit and any subsequent winnings removed. Only real money play will contribute to the wagering requirements of the match bonus. Playing with fun money does not contribute towards wagering.
9. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins and bonus features to a later time, when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spin features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.
10. You cannot request withdrawal of the deposited amount if you have already activated your bonus, until the bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
11. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
12. Only one bonus can be claimed and be active at a time per player.
13. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Casino reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to the same.
14. If Casino mistakenly credits Your account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Casino and the amount will be transferred from Your account. If prior to Casino becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to Casino. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify Casino immediately by email.
15. Bonus round and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.
16. Casino reserves the right to validate progressive jackpot winnings exceeding 20000 EUR, or equivalent in any other currency, before any pay-out shall be processed from Your account. Any progressive jackpot winnings should be validated within 30 days.
17. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
18. Activating of the new bonus removes an already active one.

WEEKLY CASHBACK

2. The % of cashback depends on the player's Loyalty level.
3. The cashback amount is determined based on the money wagered (deposits - withdrawals - deposits with bonuses - current balance) in the slots during the previous week. Game activity counts from Monday to Sunday. Payments are made from Tuesday till Sunday the week after in equal parts.
4. The maximum cashback payout per week depends on the player's Loyalty level.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
